REGISTRATION: Seller certifies that this puppy was bred in accordance with The American Kennel Club (AKC) registration requirement for purebred dogs. Breeder has made application to the American Kennel Club (AKC) for litter registration, and individual dog papers will be issued to the buyer as soon as they are received.
This puppy is being sold with limited registration or full egistration. Please refer to the AKC website for full definition of these terms. Both types of registration will permit this dog to participate fully in approved competition; the ‘limited’ registration denies registration privileges to any offspring of this dog, and is the sellers confirmation that this dog is intended as a family pet, not for breeding.
ONE YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE: (One year is from the date of birth of said puppy.) Seller certifies that this puppy is, to the best of his knowledge, healthy at the time of sale. The puppy will have at least one to two puppy shots before being released to new owner. Puppy will have been seen by the vet twice. Vaccination records will be provided by the Seller, which includes information on diet, shots, worming, bathing, and any other treatments given this dog.
Validation of this guarantee requires this puppy be examined by a state licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase, at buyer’s expense. To make this guarantee valid, buyer MUST send vet visit proof to seller within TWO WEEKS of puppy purchase. If seller does not receive proof of vet visit, contract is VOID. If this dog is determined to have a major health defect, he/she may be returned to the seller for an exchange, (no cash refunds) at that time. In the event of death of the puppy within the 48 hours of purchase, a licensed veterinarian must perform an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death at the new owner's expense. The report from the autopsy must be sent to my attending Veterinarian for review. If it is then determined to have had a major health defect, the puppy must be returned at owners expense to breeder before new puppy will be released. This exchange policy does not cover death due to neglect nor abuse.
Seller warrants the puppy for a congenital life threatening, non treatable condition only. If the puppy has a life threatening congenital or hereditary defect that is NON treatable, it will be replaced with the first available puppy of the same value from the breeders stock, as soon as possible. Proof must be shown by Veterinarian and validated by my Veterinarian. This guarantee does not cover : Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Giardia, Viruses, Hernias of any kind, temperament, Weight, Ears Standing, improper bite, trachea problems, loose stools, testicles descending, housebreaking, coat color, Breeding ability or any other standards of this puppy and is sold as pet quality only. We also do not guarantee against Luxating Patella due to the many factors and causes of said condition, i.e., an injury can cause Luxating patella. Seller is not responsible for immunity level, mites, pneumonia, mange, heatstroke, ringworm, conjunctivitis, fleas, ticks, and ear infections once puppy has left sellers hands. Although the puppy is vaccinated against Parvo, Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza and Bordella, No guarantee is given against these diseases due to their unpredictable nature. Buyer is responsible for keeping their puppy away from contaminated areas, out of the heat and cold drafty places. Guarantee is not valid if sold to a third party.
It is understood that Under No Circumstances will Seller be held responsible for any Veterinary or other expenses for any reason whatsoever after purchase of the puppy. When the puppy leaves the care of the Seller, it becomes the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. No other warranties are expressed or implied.

ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS AND TERMS OF SALE:
1) The purchaser is responsible for any shipping fees and or crates needed to deliver puppy safely to new home.
2) If shipping is arranged, payment must be paid in full before shipment.
3) If you plan to pick up your puppy, your final payment must be made in CASH or Paypal. (plus 4% PalPal fees) I will take personal checks for deposit ONLY.
4) Seller recommends neutering (males) and spaying (females) at age of six months, unless dog is to be shown in competition, or health considerations require otherwise. Altered dogs live a healthier life and generally have fewer behavioral problems. Dogs sold with “limited registration” are not to be bred at all.
